The Model has a fully inclusive culture.

We have children from all over the world attending our school and many of them speak different languages alongside English. Whilst we promote a Christian ethos, we have children from all religions enjoying an inclusive environment in our school.

'Every student can learn. Just not on the same day or the same way.'

We also cater for children who have various learning needs and believe that every child has a right to high quality mainstream education. All pupils are expected to show both loyalty and respect for their school and to each other at all times.

Similarities are celebrated and enjoyed and differences are explored and respected. Every member of staff, every parent and every child is an important member of the Model family.
