Outside Tutors
At Carrickfergus Model Primary School we have several music tutors who come into school to teach our pupils how to play a variety of instruments.
Mr Clinton teaches pupils how to play brass instruments, specifically the trumpet and the cornet.
Mrs Gillan teaches pupils how to play woodwind instruments, specifically the clarinet and the flute.
Mrs Massey teaches pupils how to play the piano.
Mrs Brooks teaches pupils how to play the violin.
We are very fortunate to have such talented musicians to help our pupils.
Piano and violin lessons are available for children in Primary 3 to Primary 7.
Violin, cello, brass and woodwind lessons are available for children in Primary 4 to Primary 7.
Piano lessons are on a Monday, violin lessons are on a Wednesday, woodwind lessons are on a Thursday morning and brass lessons are on a Friday morning.
