At Carrickfergus Model we believe that involving children in the leadership of school life is vital for them to feel part of the school community. Our pupils have various roles and responsibilities right from Primary 1 to Primary 7, whether it is tidying up the classroom or being the line leaders each day. This gives children an important sense of belonging.
